EMMA VARNEY'S ORIENTAL NOODLE
SALAD
 
1 head shredded cabbage
6 scallions
1 1/2 c. toasted almond slivers
4 tbsp. sesame seeds (roasted at 350 degrees for 5 minutes)
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles, crushed (chicken or mushroom or vegetable)

Blend all ingredients with dressing.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
5 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. flavor packets from Top Ramen noodles
1 tbsp. sugar
