FRANK AND POTATO BAKE 
1 lb. franks, sliced
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
8 oz. American cheese, cut up
2 tbsp. onion, minced
2 tsp. parsley
8 med. potatoes
Salt

Peel, cook, and slice potatoes. In saucepan, stir milk and flour until smooth. Add cheese as you cook and stir until thickened. Add onion and parsley and any salt you desire. Mix franks with potatoes. Add cheese sauce and bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
