SPANIKOPETA 
12 sheets frozen phyllo, thawed
2 pkg. Stouffers spinach souffle, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 oz. feta cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. dill

Brush 15 x 10 inch pan with butter. Layer and brush each of 6 sheets. Spread souffle, parsley and dill over this then sprinkle crumbled feta on top. Add remaining 6 phyllo sheets brushing each with butter. Score top layer for serving. (Cut lines 1 1/2 inch x 1 1/2 inch.) Bake at 400 degrees 30 minutes.
