NO CRUST QUICHE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
10 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
4 oz. diced chiles
1 lb. grated cheese, Jack or cheddar
1 pt. cottage cheese

Beat eggs, add to melted butter. Add rest of ingredients; blend well. Put into 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, continue baking 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
