1 1/2 lb. hamburger
onion, diced (to taste)
8 Zesta crackers
1 whole egg
Sm. amount Heinz catsup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. milk

Combine hamburger, diced onion, egg, catsup, salt and pepper. Crumble crackers and add. Form round loaf. Bake in pan in which 3 tablespoons water have moistened the surface. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; add toping, being careful to completely cover loaf surface. Complete baking.

1/4 c. Heinz catsup
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. dried mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cooking oil (optional)
