ORTEGA RICE 
1 c. raw rice (3 c. cooked)
1 pt. carton sour cream
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega chopped peppers
Monterey Jack cheese, approximately 3/4 lb. grated

Layer cooked rice, sour cream and cheese and repeat, sprinkling each layer with salt and pepper. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
