1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
3 tbsp. orange liqueur
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (14 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
12 oz. miniature chocolate chips

Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in egg, liqueur, orange rind, and vanilla. On low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture. By hand, stir in 3 cups coconut and chocolate chips. Chill overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll in remaining coconut. Place about 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes until set. Remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks.
