HURRICANE CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breast
1 container dried beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. container sour cream
Black pepper to taste

Place dried beef in bottom of baking dish. Place chicken breast on top. Combine the mushroom soup and sour cream; pour over the chicken and dried beef. Cook approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees. The top of the mixture will be golden brown. Serve over a bed of rice.
