CHICKEN IGNOLIA 
3 whole chicken breasts, deskinned
1/3 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Few gratings pepper

Place chicken in baking dish. Pour olive oil over chicken. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken pieces. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender. Baste often with pan drippings.

Serves 6.
