PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. green bell pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
1/4 c. red hot pepper
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

Grind peppers with real fine cutters. Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar together. Bring to boil. Remove and let stand 5 minutes. Add 1 (6 ounce) bottle Certo. Blend and put in glasses.
