PEPPERONI SALAD 
1/2 lb. cooked baby shells (small)
1 chopped red onion
3-4 stalks diced celery
1/2 lb. diced Provolone cheese
1 can pitted chopped black olives
1 stick diced pepperoni
Italian salad dressing
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Mix all ingredients well and chill. Reserve extra salad dressing to toss before serving.
