MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 sm. boxes vanilla pudding
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Whipped topping
Chocolate sauce
Chopped nuts

Put water and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add cup of flour all at once. Stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool. Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well with spoon or mixer. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. It will look like the moon surface. Leave as is.

Mix pudding according to package directions. Beat in soft cream cheese. Blend well. Spread on crust. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Top generously with whipped cream or whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
