BEEF AND BROCCOLI 
1 pkg. lean stew beef
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 lb. snow peas
1 can water chestnuts
1 tbsp. peanut oil
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic
4 c. rice

Marinate beef in soy sauce and chopped garlic for 1 hour. Use hot wok, cook beef and marinate in peanut oil. Cook thoroughly and set aside. Cook remaining ingredients in juice of beef until steam pops out of cover. Stir in beef and serve over cooked rice.
