PESTO VINAIGRETTE | |
2 oz. pine nuts 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 c. olive oil 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar 1+ c. fresh basil leaves Drop garlic into running food processor with steel blade in place. Add pine nuts and cheese, and process until finely chopped. Gradually add olive oil, then vinegar through feed tube. Stop machine and add basil; process until basil is very finely minced, scraping down work bowl once or twice. |
