1 devils food cake mix (or chocolate mint cake mix)
1 1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 sm. (6 oz.) pkg. semi - sweet morsels
1/4 c. oil
1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding mix

Mix all above ingredient and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. You can mix all of this in the pan that you are going to bake it in. Use oblong 9 x 13 inch pan for best results. Top with Cool Whip or ice cream.
