10 oz. Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 gallon coffee ice cream
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Crush cookies and add melted butter. Press into pie plate; chill. Soften ice cream; beat in brown sugar and pour into chilled crust. Freeze.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4-1/2 c. sugar

Stir together on top of stove until thickened. Cool. Spread on top of ice cream and freeze.
