DELIA MUD PIE 
PIE SHELL:

12 Oreo cookies, crushed without filling
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. packed coffee ground

Mix Oreo cookies with butter and coffee ground. Press in 9 inch pie plate and freeze.

FILLING:

3 c. softened chocolate ice cream
1 tbsp. perked coffee ground
2 tbsp. brandy
2 tbsp. Kahlua
2 tbsp. liquid coffee
4 tbsp. whipped cream or more to taste

Whip ice cream with coffee grounds, liqueurs, and coffee. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in pie shell. Freeze until hardened.

TOPPING:

Smucker's chocolate Magic Shell or Fudge topping
1/4 c. pecans

Cover with thin layer of Magic Shell or fudge topping and nuts. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed Oreo crumbs.
