1 stick butter
1 c. Bisquick
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Mix all ingredients together. Mixture will be a bit sticky. Spoon into muffin pans, after they have been sprayed with Pam or lightly greased. Bake at 350 degrees until done to touch.
