SPEEDY ASPIC 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 can crab or shrimp (6 oz.)
1 c. chopped celery or cabbage

Dissolve Jello in 1 1/4 cups hot water. Add remaining ingredients and chill until set.
