STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
2 lbs. ground turkey
3/4 c. rice
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can sauerkraut
1 can tomatoes (whole)
1 can tomato sauce

Boil head of cabbage until soft. Peel off leaves and trim large vein. Mix turkey, uncooked rice, onion, basil, and pepper together. Line bottom of pot with outer leaves of cabbage. Make small balls of meat mixture and cover with cabbage to make cabbage balls. Line balls in pot; cover each layer with sauerkraut and repeat until out of meat. Add tomatoes and sauce. Cook until meat and rice are done over low heat.
