1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously to blend well. Store covered in refrigerator. Shake well before using. 3/4 cup.
