CARAMEL DIP 
14 oz. bag Kraft caramels
1 stick butter
5 oz. can evaporated milk

This works well for dipping apple chunks. Unwrap caramels. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Microwave approximately 6 minutes or until all ingredients are melted. Stir part way through. Dip will not harden it will be stiff due to keeping it refrigerated. Set out for a few minutes before using.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
