APPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
Cream one cup sugar and one stick butter. Add 3/4 cup flour and 8 ounces Velveeta cheese (cut into small pieces). Mix with beater until smooth.

Butter a 12 inch casserole. Put in bottom one can sliced apples. Put cheese mixture over top of apples. Pat down.

Bake in 230 degree oven approximately 45 minutes covered.
