1 pkg. fleischmanns yeast 1/2 c. lukewarm water 1 c. hot water 4 c. slifted flour 2 tsp. shortening 1 tsp. sugar In lukewarm water put yeast let rise. Mix with hot water. Mix well, add shortening, sugar and flour. Make soft dough set aside and let rise until double in size. Knead real good. Roll out to how thick you want your rolls and put on pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 450 degrees until brown. |
