SIX WEEKS BRAN MUFFINS 
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. reg. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) box bran cereal with raisins

Beat eggs, add sugar and oil. Beat well. Add dry ingredients (sifted) alternating with buttermilk. Mix in bran cereal. Bake in muffin tins 10-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Dough can be stored in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Baked muffins can be frozen.
