DOUBLE RICE & MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. cubed veal
1/2 c. cubed pork
4 tbsp. butter or shortening
1/2 c. uncooked wild rice & 1/2 c. uncooked white rice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water

Brown mushrooms, onion and meat in melted shortening. Put into 3 quart casserole. Wash wild rice and white rice. Add to meat. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
