NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST | |
2 c. flour 1 1/4 c. lard 1 egg 1 tsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. cold water Mix flour and lard. Beat 1 egg, add 1 teaspoon vinegar and cold water; mix well, then add to flour mixture. This is enough for two 2-crust pies. |
