HUNGRY BOY CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. can pork and beans
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

BISCUITS:

1 c. flour, all purpose
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
4 drops yellow food coloring

Sprinkle celery, onion and pepper in bottom of 8 inch baking dish. Crumple ground beef on top. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir in pork and beans, catsup, water, salt and garlic salt until well blended. Reserve 1/2 cup bean meat mixture. Return to oven for 10 minutes while preparing biscuits.

Mix biscuits, roll out, cut with a doughnut cutter. Arrange biscuits on casserole, spoon reserved meat mixture in biscuit holes; top with cut out hole. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
