PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. pasta
2 bell peppers
2 ribs celery
1 sm. onion
2 c. salad dressing (Italian or Caesar)
1/4 lb. Feta cheese
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard (opt.)
2 whole chicken breasts
Olives (opt.)
Crumbled bacon (opt.)

Cook pasta, drain and cool. Cook chicken, cool and shred in bowl, combine pasta, pepper, celery, onion and chicken. Mix salad dressing and lemon juice. Pour onto pasta mixture. Crumble cheese over and mix. Add mustard, salt and pepper if needed.
