CHEESE CAKE 
Graham cracker crust
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare 1 graham cracker crust. Cream Philly cream cheese. Mix in 1 cup sugar. Then separate egg yolks from the whites. Beat yolks and add to cheese and sugar mixture. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Take cake from oven, let stand in room for 10 minutes. Turn oven up to 425 degrees.

Take sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix together and evenly spread on top of cake. Put back in oven for 5 minutes. Take cake out and let cool. Put in refrigerator to chill. Use spring form pan.
