1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor)
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter, sugar, and Jello until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Mix well again. Chill one hour. Roll and cut out. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. (I use orange Jello for pumpkin cut outs, cherry for heart cut outs, etc.)
