JAPANESE HONEY CAKE 
5 eggs
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, honey and sugar until very thick. Add flour, beating well. Pour into a greased oblong 9x12 inch baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven 35 minutes or until a cake tester inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan. Serve cut into strips and dusted with confectioners' sugar. Serves 6.
