MEXICAN MEATLOAF 
3 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 lg. can tomato sauce
12 oz. jar El Paso taco salsa (mild or medium)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12) pkg. corn tortillas
12 oz. grated cheese

Saute hamburger and diced onion. Add sauces and soups and bring to boil. Pour thin layer into 11 by 13 inch pan. Layer and overlap tortillas. Pour in remaining mixture, top with cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
