BANANA-HONEY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 med. banana, mashed
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until moist and fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Yield: 18 muffins.
