MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. drained mandarin oranges
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Poke holes in hot cake with a fork and laddle hot glaze over the entire cake.
