MACARONI TOMATO BAKE 
1/2 lb. lg. macaroni
6 oz. grated cheese
1/2 lb. sliced tomatoes
1 grated onion
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 c. minced parsley
1 c. unsweetened, evaporated milk
Bread crumbs to sprinkle

Boil macaroni until tender; drain. Stir in grated cheese, reserving a little for the top, onion, garlic, milk, parsley, and half the sliced tomatoes. Put the mixture in a buttered baking dish so that its depth is just over an inch, put the remaining tomatoes on top; sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with onion or tomato sauce.
