PEACH PIE 
9 inch pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
6 to 8 peaches
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line pie shell with peaches. Blend sugar, sour cream, flour and brown sugar. Pour over peaches. Bake 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
