1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
2-4 cans hominy

Drain hominy and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
