APPLE CRISP 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
8 apples, thinly sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Combine cake mix and butter until crumbly. Save 2/3 cup for topping. Add sugar and cinnamon to the 2/3 cup topping. Press remaining mix to bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice apples on top. Blend sour cream and egg. Spread evenly over apples. Sprinkle topping over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
