CABBAGE CRUNCH 
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 c. slivered almonds
2 pkgs. chicken Top Ramen
4 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
4 green onions, minced

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 pkg. chicken flavor pouch from inside Top Ramen

Toss chopped cabbage and green onions together. Hit Ramen noodles with mallet while inside package and add to salad mixture.

Combine dressing ingredients in blender or in bowl with mixer.

Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss lightly. Sprinkle salad with almonds and sesame seeds just before serving.

This is a zesty tasting salad that will become a favorite. To serve for a luncheon add chunks of cooked chicken.
