CHINESE NOODLES 
2 pkgs. of rice noodles
1/4 c. diced carrots
1/4 c. broccoli or snow peas
1/2 red pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 med. onion
4 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 c. water
1/2 lb. pork, diced

Saute the garlic, onion and pork until meat is cooked. Then add the oyster sauce then add all the vegetables, don't over cook it. Add the water then the noodles. Cover the pan at least 10 minutes and make it sure the noodles absorb all the water and it should not be watery. Good Luck!
