CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
12 chicken legs (can use thighs, etc.)
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
2 cans water

In baking pan or dish pour 1 cup uncooked rice. Add soups, 2 cups water and stir until mixed together. Lay chicken parts on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
