CABBAGE & BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 cabbage
2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. green pepper
1 med. onion
1 sm. can sauerkraut
1 lg. can tomato sauce or celery soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Put layer of cabbage, layer of beef, layer of sauerkraut. Pour tomato sauce or soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees until cabbage is done.
