JENNY'S FAVORITE FRUITCAKE
COOKIES
 
1/4 c. apple juice
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 lb. white raisins
3 slices crystalized pineapple
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. crystalized cherries
3 1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add all dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Add juice. Mix all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 25 minutes.
