3 c. elbow macaroni 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onions 1 can tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chili powder 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese Brown ground beef and onions, then drain. Add tomatoes, sugar and seasonings to the meat. Mix together. Meanwhile cook the macaroni as directed on the package. When macaroni is done add other mixture. Then about 5 minutes before serving, add Mozzarella cheese and stir well and serve. |
