STEAMED CAULIFLOWER 
Wash cauliflower and remove any wilted outside leaves. With small sharp knife, remove most of core from the bottom. Place in pyrex mixing bowl. Pour 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup vinegar over cauliflower. (Pickle juice can be substituted). Dot with low calorie butter and paprika. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave about 15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes. Check for tenderness. Spoon liquid over any dry parts and continue to cook covered, until tender. This recipe does not call for salt.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
