GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes, cooked with peels
1 med. onion, diced
4 strips, fried cooked bacon, crumbled
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Cook potatoes and skin peel off. Cut into cubes, or slice.

Mix bacon drippings and flour. Add vinegar and water and cook until gravey consistency. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Add onion and crumbled bacon. Mix well and serve hot.
