SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. chopped meat (beef) or (1 lb. of beef & 1 lb. pork chopped meat)
1 onion, grated
2 cans beef broth
Flour
Butter

Combine chopmeat, grated onion and about 1 ounce of soup together. Make small meatballs. In a large fry pan place 1 stick of butter (melt). Add a sprinkling of flour to the butter. Add meatballs (not all at once), brown turning once. Remove from fry pan. After all meatballs are done, add soup to fry pan and drippings. Heat soup. Replace meatballs in fry pan. Cook for about 10 minutes over low flame. Remove to bowl with soup. Can be served with Italian bread. Or - if you want - you may place meatballs on platter and serve with toothpicks as an hors d'oeuvres.
