ORANGE MEAT SALAD BOWL 
2 c. diced or shredded cold meat, such as ham, veal, fowl
2 c. orange pieces
1 c. diced celery
4 c. shredded salad greens

Use your favorite French dressing or Catalina. Combine and serve salad decorating top with orange slices. Serve for lunch or a buffet supper. Could be main dish.
