SPICED MOCHA 
1 1/2 c. non-dairy creamer
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. instant coffee
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl combine all ingredients, mix well. Store in tightly covered container. To serve, spoon 3 tbsp. mix into mug. Fill cup with boiling water. Stir to blend. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
